KICK OFF MEETING 29th -30th of October 2014, Lublin, Poland
The kick-off meeting started with the managerial part of the project. After a few introductory words, each partner shortly presented their institution. The next part of the meeting was devoted to the financial and administrative rules connected with implementation of the project. During presentation different categories of costs and rules of its qualification were specified.
The second day of the meeting was devoted to the merits of the project. We discussed the structure of the tool and its elements – modules and layers and how the tool should be adapted to the specific of each country and profession.
The Partners took part in the discussion about the specific of all layers of the tool. The first task – examination of profession qualification – was discussed. It’s an essential part of the project, so it was proposed to divide all professions between all Partners. We agreed to collect all the competencies of the professions in each country, find the common ones and define what have to be adapted for each country (by adaptation of questions).
As the main areas of cooperation have been identified and key responsibilities for next months are assigned, the Partners have decided to adjourn the discussion.
Partners have also established proper dates for next project meetings, which are:
- Second project meeting –13 – 14th of April 2015, Spain
- Third project meeting – 16th – 17th of November 2015, Slovenia
- Fourth project meeting – 4th – 5th of April, 2016, UK
- Fifth project meeting – 21 – 22th of November 2016, Turkey
- Sixth project meeting – 5th – 6th of June 2017, Poland
