Phase 1 – Model of predispositions and leading competences for professions
– Description of competences and predispositions, important for professions-analysis of professions and qualifications
– Categorizing and ranging predispositions and competences into groups for diagnostic modules
– Analysis of qualifications gained during education and necessary certificates, permissions
– Description of predispositions, competences, permissions measured in each module
– Experts reviews on competences classification necessary for realizing professional tasks in each profession
Phase 2 – Development of modular system for diagnosis, analysis and education guidance for career
– Description of indicators for measurement with the use of diagnostic tools necessary for measuring each module
– Description of hierarchical structure of modules realization
– Creation of the set of tests with regards to examined areas of competences, which enables measurement of intensity of examined features and predispositions
– Generating set of questions in 8 groups and detailed dimensions (with regards to definition and spheres analysis)
– Verifying accuracy of questions by competent judges (content analysis)
– Selection of 10-15 diagnostic questions for each area, for each tool in each module
– Experts reviews
– Advises module – preparation of content informing about suggested professional areas, presenting strong and weak points of examined person
– Development of handbook for the diagnostic tool
– Development of personal portfolio for participant career
– Development of methodic guidebook for job career counselor, working using the modular system
– Graphical design of methodic materials
Phase 3 – Preparation of an on-line version of the tool
Phase 4 – Pilot testing
– Purchase of standardized tools, that will help to assess accuracy of the tool (in particular areas)
– Pilot research
– Reports from statistical data analysis from pilot testing for each module
– Modification of diagnostic tool and model functioning, depending on generated results and help of counselor
Phase 5 – Psychometric validation and tool sstandardisation
– Final validation of diagnostic tool and model functioning
– Development of report from statistical data analysis from final research for each module
– Development of report from tool validation – basing on examining representative group
– Final version of the tool after validation

XII Scientific Fest in Lublin (XII Lubelski Festiwal Nauki) was organized on 19-25th of September 2015. The summary of the Career Tree project, mostly scope, aims, outputs planned, was presented on 22.09.2015 by WSEI's experts. The aim of the event was to spread information to potential target group. Total amount of people involved in that activity- over 350.

Now our researchers are working on Modular system for guidance of career. They have elaborated interdependencies and now are working on set of tests and set of questions which will be used in the tool.
